    Search the company before going to the interview. According to HR professionals, knowing the company well leaves a great impression about you. Moreover, by doing this, you help yourself if you got asked about anything related to the company.
  2. Dress Code and Eye Contact:
    It’s highly recommended by all HR professionals to wear pants, shirt, tie, and coat in the interview. Also, try not to play around with the objects but maintain an eye contact with the interviewer as it’ll make you look more confident and smart.
  3. Manage Stress:
    Manage your stress, keep yourself calm, take a deep breath, and clear your mind.
    By following the previous steps, you’ll get rid of anxiety and worry. What you need to understand is that getting anxious and stressed is a normal thing while going to an interview. But, it is the way you manage it, is what counts.
  4. Be on Time:
    Be on time or it is better to visit the office at least 1 day before your interview. So, you’ll get to know the location well then you’ll be able to reach the building on time. However, it’s recommended to arrive at the interview about 15-20 minutes before the scheduled time.
  5. Ask Questions & Negotiate Salary:
    It would be great if you asked your interviewer some questions about the company as it’ll leave a great impression about you. Also, don’t forget to negotiate about the salary and don’t hesitate to bargain for more as the job of any HR is to negotiate about it with you.
